This section celebrates Buffalo's beautiful historic buildings.

Some, like the 1901 Historical Society Museum, have been treasured and cared for since their completion. Others, like the Guaranty Building or the Old Post Office were threatened and saved by preservationists. Still others, like the Sternberg House (pictured above), were abandoned for decades but were restored by people with optimism and imagination.
